Without consideration to any further provisions stated in these terms and conditions, Strojírenské kovovýrobní družstvo SKD shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its activities for the reason of any cause that the Strojírenské kovovýrobní družstvo SKD is not capable of controlling in the corresponding manner, inclusive of and not restricted to state of war or civil unrest, extraordinary state, act of God, fire, explosion, vandalism, storm, earthquake, flooding, embargo, riot, sabotage, extensive industrial strikes, closure of plants, stoppages to work or other problems with the labour force, extensive industrial breakdown in supply, insufficient material, or preferential laws or government regulations. This is to apply under the conditions that Strojírenské kovovýrobní družstvo SKD shall make reasonable business efforts to quickly remedy such an incapacity or delay in the performance of its functions to the extent corresponding to valid laws and regulatory requirements, and that it shall use reasonable resources within the scope of circumstances existing at the time.
Section 8. Compensation
The user hereby agrees to compensate, defend and consider as blameless Strojírenské kovovýrobní družstvo SKD, its executive staff, managers, affiliates, employees, contracting partners, subcontractors, factors, partners and subsidiary companies, in the matter of any claims, legal steps, lawsuits, requirements, expenses or damages (inclusive of reasonable expenses for legal representation) executed by any third party as a result of the user’s use of these web pages. Strojírenské kovovýrobní družstvo SKD has the right to carry out any defence relating to provisions in this section.
Section 9. Relations

These terms and conditions conform to, are interpreted as and are executed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without consideration to the selection of legal system.
Section 11. Entire agreement
These terms and conditions form a full and thorough understanding and agreement between the parties in the matter of the subject in question and also fully replace all written or oral agreements relating to the subject of the contract and that existed prior to this agreement coming into effect.
