Tool testing and sampling are carried out using the latest presses (see Enclosure – List of Machinery).

 

Injection moulds

  • Up to 500 t – performed internally (Demag Ergotech 100 t; 200 t; 350 t; 500 t),
  • From 500 t to 800 t – performed externally (co-operating with partner pressing shops).

Press Tools

  • Up to 25 t - performed internally (tools for pressing the contacts) BRUDERER BSTA 25 press
  • From 30 t to 1000 t – performed externally (co-operating with partner pressing shops).

Test Documentation

  • Record of technological parameters,
  • Report describing tool function,
  • Video report of the test course (in case of customer requirement),
  • Unique mould identifiers.
