We are aware that customer satisfaction closely relates to the quality of services and products offered by us, therefore quality assurance is the paramount goal of our company.
We are based on the following standards:
- Our company has an established and certified system of environmental protection according to ISO 9001:2000 (tool shop), ISO/TS 16949:2002 (injection moulding shop, pressing shop);
- The air-conditioned measuring department is (in addition to standard gauges) equipped with SMS (Wenzel LH87- touch, Werth ScopeCheck-combination touch + optical head) with an on-line interconnection by means of an LAN network, which allows the comparison of individual real parts and shapes against 3D models;
- The gauging devices are properly checked and calibrated on a yearly basis;
- The processed measurement reports are checked in a consistent manner;
- The measurement reports processed are in compliance with the requirements of the VDA and PPAP standards;
- As a part of repeat production, a regular check of the process eligibility (statistic regulation of the process – SPC, gauging device eligibility – MSA, machine eligibility and eligibility of the tool, process – Cp, Cpk, Cm, Cmk, Pp, Ppk etc.) is carried out using the models of the system PALSTAT CQA;
- The whole system of quality management is checked on a regular basis:
- By internal audits,
- By product audits,
- By checking or recertifying (in case of need) audits by the certifying company TüV SUD,
- By customer audits of Bosch, Visteon, Continental, Valeo, Hella, Behr etc.
