CNC milling

Our long experience of using 4 – 5- axial milling and the latest equipment, both in machinery and in tools and accessories from renowned companies, allow us to reach a high level of productivity and quality in machining.

 

The combination of an efficient CAM system and highly accurate, up-to-date CNC machining centres completely enables us to utilize HSC and HPC machining technologies. Supported with precisely balanced hydro and thermo-chucking holders, the excellent dimensional precision and surface quality of a work piece are achieved. The CNC centres use 3D touch probes to accelerate the procedure of the work piece chucking and positioning as well as allowing inspection of the dimensional accuracy during the machining itself. Strong emphasis has been placed on using the latest, high quality and precision cutting tools. When manufacturing graphite electrodes automation and robotics in the process (handlers) are utilized.
