INJECTION MOULDING OF plastic components

The production of plastic components is ensured on the latest DEMAG ERGOTECH injection moulds with a closing force from 100 to 500 t. The injection moulds are equipped with automatic robots for the removal of parts. For injection of multi-component parts we use BABYPLAST injection unit.

 

Production programme:

  • Production and delivery of technical plastic parts to the weight of approximately 1 000 g made of PA6, PA6.6, PA4.6, PPA, PBT, POM, PC, PP, PPS, ABS, ABS/PC, PPO, PMMA, TPE materials (including materials containing glass fibres) and others
  • simple assemblies of parts into larger units, testing equipment,
  • parts with over-moulded components (bushes), contacts, connectors

The injection moulding shop is equipped with a device for drying the granulated product (Motan), with heated hoppers and a waste crushing system. Note: A list of the injection moulds can be found in the Enclosure.

 

 

Stamping of Metal Parts

The production of sheet metal parts (contacts) is ensured on the latest Bruderer BSTA25 high-speed press with a closing force of 25 t.

 

Surface finish (zinc-coating, tin plating etc.) is carried out by means of galvanization and hot flame plating from renowned external suppliers.
