Three independent crane runways enable us to assemble moulds at 6 workplaces (5 for making injection moulds and 1 for making press tools) for relevant tools with the following parameters:

  • Maximal weight: 6 000 kg
  • Maximal size of the frame 1 000 x 1 000 mm
  • Press tools: 1 000 × 2 500 mm

Using the latest spotting press (TUS 100-REIS), we can detect and remove possible inaccuracies in the mould matching the relevant tool matching just before the first sampling.

 

An additional workplace for polishing is also available, and we ensure as follows:

  • Normal and technical polished surface quality – performed internally,
  • Highly mirrored polished surface quality – performed externally.
